Fijn restaurant bij het B&B set uitstekend ontbijt en goede maaltijden. Ruim opgezet.
Slechts 1 handdoek, die na een keer gebruik al nat was.
De matras in het bed, aan de kant van mijn vrouw, rolde af (schuin) , waardoor je niet lekker kon slapen.
Verder: "hoe de waard is, vertrouwd hij zijn gasten". Vooraf borg vragen, en bij uitchecken nog controleren. Verder lastig om vroeg te vertrekken. Temeer omdat de borg nog moest worden afgehandeld.

Sehr nette Hotelchefin sowie eine sehr fleißige Reinigungskraft.
Sehr schöne Hotelanlage, Schloß innen mit schönen Ambiente.
Zum Frühstück gab es immer die gleiche Wurst ( Kochschinken, Salami ).
Bei Minniwiener waren auch Wiener vom Vortag mit drin.
Täglich die gleichen Zopfbrötchen und Stangen ( Würde man nicht als frische Brötchen und Stangen bezeichnen )
Es wäre schön, wenn eine Abwechlung vom frischen Brötchen vorhanden wäre !
Die Küchenchefein war teilweise sehr unfreundlich !
Ab 19 Uhr war der öffentliche Raum ( Wintergarten ) verschlossen, so das man dort keinen gemütlichen Abend mit
anderen Gästen und Getränken verbringen konnte!
Ab 19 Uhr war generell die Küche geschlossen . Keine Essenbestellung mehr möglich .
Überteuerte Preise für Sauna und Zusatzleistungen !

Das Hotel hat eine sehr schöne Lage zu den Wanderaktivitäten in der Region. Das Restaurant, wird jetzt Frühstück und Abendessen anbietet können wir sehr empfehlen. Das Essen war frisch zubereitet und der Service sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Parkplätze stehen ausreichend zur Verfügung. Ich hatte eine Massage gebucht und kann die junge Dame empfehlen. Sie hat das sehr gut gemacht, lediglich der Fitnessraum war doch etwas beengt und Anfang Herbst auch nicht so warm.
Es ist wichtig zu wissen, dass nur Barzahlung möglich ist. tschechische Kronen und Euro sind möglich, da ist man sehr flexibel.

The house was beautiful and very clean. The rooms were quiet and well equiped and the beds were comfortable. A little bit too delicate for families with kids and there are many signs with restrictions all over the property.
The hosts were very friendly. In the beginning. When it came to checking out and paying for the accommodation, the approach of the hosts was changed to unpleasant.
Firstly, we were shocked by the unacceptable charge of 94Euros for electricity (3 rooms/3 nights) this turned out to be wrong (!) calculation and the price went down to still shocking 45 Euros.
The second night the water in the jacuzzi was not very clean and it was cold. The kids were very disappointed. This is very disappointing when you pay 73 EUR per hour.
The hosts wanted to charge us a tourism fee which was demonstrably included in the confirmation email of the booking. They simply wouldn't want to accept this.
In the beginning, we were told that we can't pay by card. We had to withdraw money with a very unfavorable conversion rate and the final calculation from their side was in even more unfavorable rate.
After a short discussion about the accuracy of the final price and rate the Sir of the house angrily said that we can pay with the card (in the beginning this was apparently not possible) But the lady of the house quickly took back this option. A short discussion between both of them followed.
Unfortunately, there was no option to have breakfast or any drinks or food at any time of the day.
Overall, beautiful and clean house, with stunning nature, but poor and impolite treatment and insufficient amenities. Overpriced.
