Location is slightly steep area which is just 100 m away from main road. Other misc items kept in the flat is good and ready to use..
The road towards the apts is under developed and sewage water is openly flowing on road. But once you are inside apts we felt at home..

Perfect place to stay for a group of friends Amazing property with all the amenities mentioned Caretaker Chotu bhaiya is very helpful during our stay I'll surely recommend this place to other travellers

The behaviour of Sanjay Mukim and his staff is unprofessional. Very money minded.
First Call in the morning from Owner asking for balance payment. We booked for 2 days but checked out first day only seeing rude behaviour of staff. They said owner pressurises us for payment.

Good property but owner really needs to learn how to treat his customers properly, was very rude.
It was clean n comfortable. The place is good
The behavior of the owner Sanjay Mukin was so damm rude, he got annoyed when we called the second time for a querie, the way he talked to me and and even my wife was so bad on his part. Then he gave a property with one washroom even after asking for property with 2 wash rooms as we were 6 ppl, and when I called up he just made excuses and disconnected the call. Now when I asked the caretaker for extra towels he ignored for 5 times the 6 time he gave us the same.

Nothing extraordinary , just bearable .
With most of the basic amenities provided ,could have been more organized . More emphasis should have been on maintenance, cleanliness ,proper utensils and bed linens.

Average. Not value for money.
Hospitality was good. The caretakers were super nice.
The bedding, blankets and cushions were stinky. The location of the property is meh. Need to walk uphill to reach the destination.
