Lovely location, clean hygiene and good service.
Wish that the in the female bathroom shower stall would have installed a towel hanger near the shower.

Personal conditioning, light, free lock for the drawer, hot water at all times, events (never attended, but people seemed to really enjoy them), staff is welcoming, amazing and safe location - tram to city centre in 8 minutes, by foot 30 minutes, there is a Tesco and a park nearby.
Bed bugs!! At first I thought it was mosquito bites, but they were too localised and way smaller, still have to deal with them after almost a month. To get to the women-only dormitory you need to cross through the mixed one (awkward), some events led people to show up very late very loudly.
