Location.
Price was insane for the standard of accommodation.
Bank Holiday Saturday night in an Irish seaside village though so what do you expect.

The location is 4 minutes walk from the beach so lovely to go for a stroll before breakfast.
The breakfast was outstanding kept us going all day.
Service was fast and friendly.
We loved that you could have a meal out the front on the patio so you could people watch because the pub provided for dinner menu.
There were a lot of stairs. The parkjng is free out front, but is just street parking.

Good location in Kilkee but very noisy from
Street traffic and road.
Very noisy, somewhat in disrepair. They need do a huge cleaning of the common areas and open some windows to make the place smell fresher.
