This is my second visit to the lodge. I brought my family in the first visit and we all had such a wonderful time that I decided to return for a short break for my birthday and stay at the same place. Cherry and her staff are so lovely, friendly and very helpful. The lodge itself is in a perfect location on the famous 10 mile strip for the best scenery along the Jinbao River. The lodge has 15 rooms and each room is lovingly decorated and very, very clean. It's also unbelievably quiet and private which is why I love it so much. The bed itself is so soft and comfortable that once in it, you wouldn't want to get out of it. The grounds are also beautifully kept. As you walk to the lodge, you will pass the rice field and also the lotuses. So gorgeous when in bloom from June to July. The bright green rice field is harvested in October.

Location is a little out of the main areas, which for me was fantastic as it made it so quiet and peaceful. The hotel felt like a real sanctuary, with beautiful wooden touches and very comfy, cosy furniture to curl up and read a book. The pool area was lovely, lots of places to sit and watch the river. I didn't feel the need to go out and try to see all the scenery because it was right there on the hotel's doorstep!
Staff were excellent and very accommodating, the room was lovely and quiet and so much space! I hired a bike from the hotel one day to ride around, and ate most meals at the hotel - the food was great.
For people who want to be in the centre of town and close to the main tourist attractions the location would feel a bit isolated, but for me wanting to get away from the crowds it was great.

If you get a room with a balcony it is spectacular! The room we had was spacious and clean. The staff were cheerful and friendly.

Location amazing by the river and local landscape.
Staff is kind and will
Do his best to make you happy .
Nice and cozy interior design and outdoor pool area.
Very noisy from other guests.
We were bothered a lot from it and couldn’t enjoy and relax in the hotel. This is very shame .
Cannot blame the hotel but maybe the staff should be aware of it and make sure ask guests to respect other guests and keep quiet. Specially at night.
Breakfast was not too much .
