Location was great close to everything, the owner very polite and allow me to leave my luggage until the room was ready, always answer promptly, comfy beds and nice balcony
The AC was noisy, they need to repair it. i didnt have the chance to tell the owner because we left early in the morning for tours and came back late to sleep, but i should of, they were very customer oriented.

Luigi was very friendly and welcoming. The location was excellent. Most of the religious sites that we visited were within walking distance of the hotel. Restaurants were very close. We especially liked the cafe across the street. Every morning we would have coffee and a cornetto there.
Parking was a little tricky. We had to rent a van because 6 of us were traveling together. We had to park a few blocks away. Luigi was helpful in explaining alternative parking options. We had to pay someone to watch the van. We also had to pay a restricted zone fee (ZTL). The app used to pay this fee is not very user friendly. Of course, this is not the fault of the hotel.
