Location is great and the room are spacious as well as the grounds. Hotel offers pretty much all services. 24 hour food availability is welcome. The beds are so comfortable, a welcome great sleep.
The shower arrangement is a little outdated though functional. The food is a little basic, but is good enough. How to login to the hotel Netflix is still a mystery, though staff said it is prepaid.

The building and grounds are beautiful. Great security and very friendly and helpful staff. Air conditioned room and large oversized bed was wonderful. Spa and pool area were very nice.
Shower was disappointing. Not much water pressure and one day the water was only cold and was discolored. The next morning it was back to normal. Wifi was only OK. The food in the restaurants was more expensive.than I expected. My room was very clean but there were small things that kept it from being excellent (like a bathroom light that would not turn out). I would definitely stay again, but know this is not a 5-star hotel.

the environment around is good, the sound of water falls, the staff is friendly and supportive,spa was open and clean ant the team in there was flexible. good breakfast with quite a variety of options.
the cleanliness in the birth room not good needs to be improved, the food in the restaurant was not good, the band noise gets to rooms, poor TV connection in the room
