We liked the very helpfull staff at beach front and the restaurant! Always smiling, very open to help in any way and never expecting anything in exchange to provide assistance. Room was very clean and big. Bed super comfy! Rituals soap and shampoo makes everything better! Food was plentiful and varietate thou some dishes has a lot of condiments(super for taste but bad for the bile)
The front desk person was unable to explain that the beach towels need to be exchaned in the evening rather then in the morning and was very annoied that we asked for them to be exchaned (we speak the same language so no excuse there).We missed a balcony on the room so things got dry very slow but that was helped by the staff exchanging the towels daily.

Pool was great. The garden was also very tidy. The staff was great.
Small things not expected for this level: breakfast was very basic, no air conditioning in the hall (there was working fine in the room), one light not working, tv channels not set (staff set it up, but next day the same problem), noise from a terrace outside.

Breakfast is good especially the eggs cooked right there.
I did not like that I have to deposit 450 ron for eventual damage: more time for check-in and checkout + feel punished for other people's bad behavior. Also I have Nespresso coffee in my room, but I have to pay 10 ron for each. Really? In a 5* hotel I expect some coffee is included...
Ahh, and the worst thing: I got a Junior suite with Sea view for 750 ron per night... Because I really wanted sea view. First I got one with view mainly to the balconies of my neighbors and then I got one where I could see the Sea in the distance - quite disappointing.
I was there on 12 September and pool is empty and beach services are closed...
I got a general feeling that the management focuses too much on profit rather than providing a decent service.
