The apartment was very clean and in a fabulous location, only minutes walk away from bars and restaurants. Andrea and Guiseppe were very helpful hosts.

We loved the neighborhood that this place was located in. We only stayed for two nights before our flight back home, but we felt that the location was quite nice and we could access a lot of cool places on foot. We also liked that there was a small and old but functioning elevator so that we could bring up all of our luggage. The only struggle was getting our luggage from the car park he recommended uphill in a busy pedestrian area, but in general, we enjoyed the car-free streets. The property itself was comfortable and air conditioned. The host also recommended a lot of restaurants which turned out to be fantastic.
I had written to the host ahead of time before we arrived to ensure that there was a washing machine in the unit. He said that there was, but there isn’t. For a family with kids it’s extremely important to have that option and we probably wouldn’t have booked here if we had known that it didn’t have a washing machine. Thankfully, our stay was short and we made do with the sheets we had. We also felt a little unsure about a comment he made about not leaving the air-conditioning on when we left the apartment. He said that he would have to go in and turn it off himself if that happened, so that felt a bit strange to us. We understand that there shouldn’t be any waste of energy and resource resources, but if it’s a money thing that he should maybe factor that into his price for the unit and let the people use the air conditioner however they wish. It wasn’t a big deal, but it did make us feel a bit strange.

Position was central
Aircon in kitchen/lounge room broken. Did not appreciate owner entering apartment whilst out. Sheets thin and pillows need replacing immediately!
