Location to town and sight seeing areas.
Air conditioning was inadequate for the space.
We had upstairs bedroom which has a skylight and totally overheated the rooms. Conditioning system was overwhelmed.
Bathroom resembled a sauna no ventilation.
Coffee machine faulty, causing exploding pods.
Was replaced with a marginal better unit.
In consideration the coffee pods and butter needed to be replenished more adequately due to the area being a common dining for three apartments.
Faulty light switch in bedroom.
