Great location, amazing breakfast! It is not everywhere that you can eat oysters and drink a glass of bubbly for breakfast! Everything was tasty and varied at breakfast.
Room size is huge, design is funky. Everything new and clean, we had Nespresso coffee in the room. Super nice staff, loved our stay there.
Location is also good, next to a shopping area, not so far from the beach, in the city center.
There is no elevator for the upper floor rooms so the luggage was heavy to carry up but the staff helped (we were 3 so we still had to carry some).

Loved breakfast
Booking.com made a mistake with booking. I booked for 1 x guest and was charged for 2 x guests. I have send mails requesting for weeks to be refunded and ended up taking my 11 year old daughter with but still have had no feedback from Booking.com
Delight also could not assist as it was through Booking.com
I would like some urgent feedback please.
As always Delight did not disappoint but I will rather book directly from now on due to the disappointing lack of communication from Booking.com

I was there for one night. Breakfast was great; a wonderful array of choices: mini quiches,bacon, breads. The best was the Namibian oysters and champagne! You can't beat Namibian oysters and they're so good for you.
No complaints as my room was spacious and had a view etc. Not all rooms have a view. There's no dinner but a choice to have small meals up until 9 pm, which is fine. Fridge in room.

The room was spacious, had a large balcony and felt newly decorated
The noise, the noise, the noise. No lift, “bar snacks” because although posted as such there was no restaurant, one bedside light not two, all lights in the bathroom including the fan on one switch so if you wanted to keep a light on to find it in the middle of the night you had the fan noise, you also had the fan noise from next door and the noise every time they flushed. Pub next door provided added noise. And evening receptionist was not very well trained on making people feel valued
