We stayed at the Big 4 Goldcoast and had the best time. From the moment we walked into reception the Receptionist was lovely. Our motel room was Modern, clean and spacious. We loved the facilities, especially the waterpark and pool area. We had the nibbles Cafe for dinner and breakfast and there was a great amount of food choices and food was delicious. We loved our stay and will definitely be back.

My daughter liked the water park/slides, pool and jumping pillow. We had breakfast at the cafe and that was good.
The single bed I had was not comfortable - springs gone in the mattress. Bathroom very small. There were a lot of kids on the jumping pillow Saturday afternoon but only saw 1 other parent supervising their child plus you weren't meant to go on there wet but a lot of kids did so my daughter had to get off as it was sandy/wet and there were way too many on it.
