Everything, the location was great and close to all the theme parks. The room size was perfect, great facilities and the bed was extremely comfortable and we slept so well.
The cafe food choices and service was excellent.
We loved the pool, the spa and the water slides, absolutely fantastic. The playground and dog park were fantastic for our grandkids.

It was big and the swimming and water park was amazing.
There was a man who approached me about my wristband however he was quite rude to me and authoritarian about it. I literally arrived and forgot to put it on as my kids were in a rush to go to the pools. I did end up having it on the whole stay.

Loved the Villa, the friendly staff and the activities supplied for the kids over easter weekend. + the Pool and waterpark areas were amazing, Park was epic looked soo brand new and so much fun
I loved everything about our stay, only think is being told popcorn is available for movie night and it wasnt.

My eight years old son loved the jumping pillow, where he made friends and burned up energy while I relaxed. We both also loved the water slides. He enjoyed the pedal go carts. I got exercise while running behind him. We both loved the food sold at the cafe. I liked the fact that my motel room was cleaned each day and new towels and toiletries were supplied. The motel room was air-conditioned and had a small fridge and microwave. The staff were friendly.
It would have been nice if food could be delivered to your motel room.

Loved the location. Staff and Cafe were amazing. The pool was excellent and super family-friendly.
The cozy cabin was way too small for a family of 4. I wouldn't suggest staying in these for a week at a time. The double bed was very uncomfortable. The shower had awesome pressure.

The waterpark was having maintenance no ones fault but the 5year old didn't understand

Loved the access of ordering food & picking it up when ready from pool area.
Loved the facilities offered to the kids, water park; pool, games room, hair braiding etc!
The price I felt was quite good also!
All was great except the shower in our room. Sprayed water like crazy & only faced the shower door so basically flooded bathroom!
Also a couple more washers in the little area near our room would have been great; but still was okay!
That we wanted to use the go karts & paid, but someone broke one & the rest weren’t findable due to kids just taking them.

There was one particular man that was so friendly walking around being so lovely!!! He was so lovely to my daughter. Everytime we passed him walking around he said hi. Lady at reception who checked us in was also very helpful and lovely!
The blonde girl at the cafe working the afternoon shift wasn’t friendly at all. Hardly spoke and wasn’t helpful. She worked during the day on Saturday too.

My children had an absolute blast here. It was their first holiday and I couldn't have been more happy with how the resort was.
Desiree was an excellent staff member who attended to all my needs and I think she is just great.

The pool and waterpark were great fun, there were lots of activities for the grandchildren.
All the staff were very friendly and accommodating.
We stayed in the motel, we had 4 rooms, 4 families, 16 people, there was a balcony out front with plenty of tables and chairs which was perfect for us to socialise in.
we highly recommend, would definitely stay again.

The Waterpark was great.
Jumping pillow was fun for bigger kids.
Pool was really nice.
BBQ area was close by our unit.
The place was easy to find and close to fun things. Loved the Cafe.
Staff were friendly.
Hard to find our unit in the dark on arrival. We had to sweep and mop (with a broken mop) as the floor was gritty underfoot.
Not sure if we missed them but only got fresh towels etc. 5 days into our 6 day holiday. Laundry cost $10 to wash and dry a single load.
New playground could have been made bigger, adventure park style given the space and amount of kids.
Beds were pretty uncomfortable.
The place could do with a corner store type thing for necessities.

For a few days the bed wasn’t made properly. The covers were just thrown over the unmade bed. The bathroom floor wasn’t washed properly and the toilet wasn’t cleaned.

Easy to access. The room was excellent - neat, clean and very comfortable.
We were on the 1st floor - we were unaware of this at the time of booking. It was a little difficult due to hip and knee surgeries.

EVERYTHING! Easy cafe ordering.. location.. pool and slide were amazing! Love love love! Cannot fault! Easiest check in ever !! didn’t have to leave my car haha beautiful room and the bed oh soooo comfy! My daughter has been raving and asking when are we going back

Good location to theme parks. The size of the cabin and the three bathrooms.
The price is excessive for what you get. The retreat cabin is in need of renovation and in the meantime a deep clean. One bedroom and bathroom had constant unpleasant smells despite opening windows to let in fresh air.
The washing machine did not work and we reported it the next morning to be advised that it would be fixed by our return that evening. Upon return the washing machine still did not work and due to a closed reception had to wait until morning to report again. Reported again and returned again to still a non-functioning machine. Apparently they fixed the machine in the wrong cabin. A helpful staff member came to see what he could do that evening, however had to wait until the third day for repairers to attend and fix the machine.
The attitude of staff when we asked for additional clothes washing liquid sachets was not pleasant (only two sachets were originally provided for 7 people staying for 6 nights visiting beaches and waterparks).

The room cleaned everyday. The friendly staff and the amazing facilities for kids.
There were some rough guest who seemed to take ownership of the cabanas. Might need to look into a booking system for these. The main pool needs staff to monitor pool side behaviour of rough kids and some adults.

The location is great for those visiting the theme parks and the rooms are clean and well designed.
I have limited ability and wrote this in my booking form. We got a reply saying this could be accommodated. When we arrived, accommodation was up a large flight of stairs. When we rung to talk to them we were told they are fully booked and couldn’t moved us. We booked more than a month in advance. I then had to struggle up those stairs a few times. Definitely ring if you need a specific type of accommodation.
