B&B Chiostro San Marco

Eccellente per girare il centro storico ed il museo archeologico a 50 MT. L'appartamento è caratteristico e ben equipaggiato per un breve soggiorno

Purtroppo essendo in centro non è garantita la tranquillità e la privacy essendo l'ingresso all' appartamento ad altezza strada. Se si capita in un periodo affollato bisogna considerare la folla per le strade del centro ed il conseguente schiamazzo che ti accompagna fino a notte fonda e l'impossibilità di trovare un parcheggio libero specie nelle ore serali ( cosa che è capitata a noi ). Gli host sono molto cordiali e disponibili ma dovrebbero avvisare dei disagi descritti se si capita durante il fine settimana e si arriva di sera. Speciale se si hanno bambini piccoli al seguito Il bagno un po' da rivedere ( asciugamani vecchi )

Posizione centralissima vicino ai luoghi di interesse, molto comoda per visitare Tarquinia. La struttura si trova in un contesto storico tardo medievale ed è arredata con gusto. La camera era dotata anche di un comodo cucinino.

Abbiamo dormito nella camera quadrupla che però si trova su un piano rialzato, di conseguenza i soffitti sono troppo bassi e abbiamo sofferto il caldo, anche a causa di condizionatori non particolarmente efficienti.

Location is fantastic, middle in the centre. Clear if you are with a car be mindful of small Italian streets. Especially the studio was a nice space.

Check-in and street noise and accuracy of booking information, shower. Check-in: As we didn't receive instructions about check-in before arriving mid afternoon, we didn't have the code or explanation to get into the building. This meant we were stuck with a car in the tiny street, trying to contact the first number (someone on extended leave as she mentioned hours later) then the second number. Effectively, we were there for 15-20min before we could get the right instructions and get into the property. Street Noise, especially the studio is right on the main street and the door is literally the only thing between the bed and the street. So prepare for every conversation on the street to be heard in the bedroom. Accuracy: the booking said 1 double bed and 2 single beds. It turns out there were no single beds, only a sofa-bed. I was specifically looking at this for all my bookings as we were two adults, but not sharing beds. I would not have booked if it would have been accurately mentioned that it is a sofa-bed. Shower needs basic maintenance. The cord to the shower head was leaking massively so water was shooting out in a different direction. We booked two rooms and the second bathroom had mould in the shower / shower head. Quite unacceptable as this is truly unhealthy.
