Very comfortable, great views
The premises had two cats in a box on display that seemed cruel, apparently it was part of a promotion

The location is right next to Central Park MRT station and also a few stops away from the International Airport. It’s very convenient to travel to other places. The Central Park is just opposite the hotel, so it’s a good place to stretch your legs after getting off the plane.
The room is spacious and clean. We particularly like the decor of the room- very stylish. The curtains in the room are excellent, which is very effective to black out the lights from outside- very good for
sleeping if you like a dark room. Staff are
friendly and helpful. The free drinks at the lobby from 5:30pm to 6:30pm is a big plus after a day out!

It was my second time there. I like very much this hotel. And I appreciated the talking with manager Alan Ho during the degustation of wine (this time Spanish wine)

Spacious room and convenient location, walking distance to nearby convenience store and train station.
Our uber app was not working and usually hotels can help with taxi bookings. We requested with staff in the morning to book a big taxi for pick up at 5pm with 4 pax and 4 suitcases; she first booked wrongly for 4pm and asked us to leave since the taxi has arrived. We then asked her to change as per our initial booking for 5pm, she then booked a small taxi and asked us to either squeeze or get another taxi, as we were running late to catch our high speed rail, we had to carry our luggages on our laps due to it unable to fit into the small car booth. Horrible experience!
