The hotel is elegant, clean, and well-maintained. The room was comfortable, and the facilities were excellent. I would especially like to thank Mr. Ahmed Al Hashem for his outstanding hospitality, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help. He made our stay comfortable and enjoyable, and his excellent service truly reflected the high standards of Kempinski
My experience with Mr. Ibrahim Al Kulaib was disappointing. Even simple guest requests were difficult to arrange and were often declined without explanation or any attempt to offer an alternative solution. While I understand that not every request can be accommodated, I expected a more welcoming, flexible, and professional approach
