This Platinum residence is finished in handsome, rustic mountain décor and offers an open floorplan with wall-to-wall windows and a gas fireplace in the great room, a dining area and full kitchen with gas range, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Additional features include a bunk room, sleeper sofa, air conditioning, a washer/dryer, private ski locker, on-site parking and complimentary ski season shuttle to/from Vail and Beaver Creek.
Guests will enjoy breathtaking mountain and village views along with the convenience of staying just steps from Avon’s restaurants, bars, shops, and year-round activities. A complimentary seasonal ski shuttle provides easy access to Beaver Creek Mountain, making it simple to enjoy a full day on the slopes without the hassle of driving or parking. The Ascent offers an array of resort-style amenities designed for relaxation and recreation, including a fitness center, indoor lap pool, hot tubs, steam room, and an expansive game room featuring favorites like foosball, pool, shuffle puck, and air hockey, creating an inviting retreat for guests of all ages after a day of adventure in the mountains.
Per Ascent HOA Rules & Regulations, regardless of bedding only 2 rental guests are allowed in each room with the exception of infants under 1 year old.
Pool & Spa Renovation
We’re excited to enhance your experience at The Ascent. Beginning September 22, our pool and spa area will undergo a renovation, with the project scheduled to be completed on or before Thanksgiving.
