Overall worth the money. The owner is very friendly. Must visit.

The best part about it is that it’s super spacious. There’s plenty of light coming through the windows. The decorative pieces in the property brighten up the place.

Issues with cleanliness pertaining the washrooms.

Villa is not worthy of staying until the interior, basic amenities are put in place like mirrors, CU

Food was very good. Caretaker cooked the food at home and was very delicious

Infrastructure , ceanliness, facilities , cultlery, linen ambience of the villaa is very poor. Villa is not maintained and lacks basic fqacilities and hygene.

Disgusting and Pathetic

There is nothing to like about this property.

Most disgusting property ever. Zero maintenance. Temites all over the place. Damp smell everywhere. Electricity goes frequently with no power backup. Stinky linens . Highly not recommended. Waste of money.

Hi I would like to share my experience of our stay, to be honest it was not what we expected, we felt like we over paid for one night. Firstly, half of the amenities mentioned in booking.com were not available in the villa. The TV was not in a working condition. The rooms were very dusty we couldnt sleep . The kitchen was extremely unhygienic, there were mice running around everywhere. We couldnt even make a cup of tea in the kitchen the utensils and platform was so dirty. Cutlery wasnt present and the spoons and plates were not properly cleaned. The bedsheets,blankets, mattresses everything had so much dust. Both bathrooms were extremely unkept and smelly. The bathroom in the living room didnt even have a working light. There was random constant power cut some even for an hour. There were cobwebs in every corner and insects everywhere. The property is wonderful but in an extremely bad condition. Ants and mosquitoes in the whole house. We couldnt sleep all night because of the mosquitoes and looking at the horrible condition of bathrooms we left without even taking showers. Nothing that was committed to us via booking.com was followed. We were a group of friends so we somehow managed, I wonder how families will be able to stay in such a place. It feels so unfair and unjust that we paid 15k for a weekend that was promised to us whereas half the things were missing. We booked it looking at the pictures and amenities and none of it matched what we experienced. I would not recommend this place to anybody and I’m going to give this same review on the website. Place is highway facing so need not reach in interior. Staff is quiet adjusting and so is the host . Prior informed food can be made to order. There are other food joint in and around the area . Lusty greenary and in monsoons its more astounding !! Feels like home so as good guests we should also use and keep the place as our good home ☺️

Not a good for stay but if you want shoot then you can used only hall .. bcz interiors was so good

Only hall was good but another rooms and kitchen was so smalling and there is only 2 bathroom And one more specialised was vintage are so sobar and great but .. smelling and maintainced was very bad and over all I love this property hall .. not at all ..

Property needs major maintenance, Cleaning and good caretaker.....

The owner and location of the property is very good. PROPERTY IS GOT cobwebs IN EVERY ROOM CEILINGS. While fan is working there are all webs on the beds. It could have been maintained for better results.

There is no Caretaker service.You need to pull your own luggage from the vehicles. Caretaker dint even bother to serve us water within the property. Whole property is not been cleaned for more than 3-4 years. It requires major renovation. Staff is just not bother about guests. Food for 3 ,she was 6000/-for a dinner.It is way steep than expected. Caretakers attitude is good eneough to spoil your holidays.

The villa we were put up in was not the one showed in pictures. We had to bear with it as it was a last minute booking, as we had the same experience in our original booking also. Turns out most villas in Lonavala listed on booking.com are sham or completely different from what the pictures and owners say. Unfortunately booking.com is not taking onus for this. But even owners are out there scamming people, pictures are so nice but the actual place they put you up in is gross. The beds were pathetic, the entire place was extremely ill-maintained, the main door of the villa didn't even a handle or door knob!! Too many mosquitoes and almost no ventilation.

Kamala was wonderful, food was delicious, they made the place worth staying, or i would have left

Beds smelt disgusting,pool was a drive away, own pestering for money which was due on leaving, let sheep into garden to maintain over grown garden, then whole place was wild with mosquito Pool which was a drive away was filthy, hower they called a pool man to clean, but we wasted an hour watching him Our check was 12, they let next guests in, wat 10.45 whilst we were getting ready

Like the villa foyer which was allotted later

We booked d vintage villa. As was traveling with kids we reached earlier. On arrival the caretaker said check in only at 2. Wich we agreed but he wasn't sure we really had a booking. Also d facilities said there is outdoor pool but no pool Available. The garden wasn't maintained n the swing was broken. Wen spoke to d owner he was rude. Then after long discussion he allotted a different villa little ahead. This one was nice but kitchen was not usage. The owner should maintain the property if he wants repeat customers

Villa maintainance, indoor pool should be there and garden lawn not clean all big grass, property main gate broken, Kitchen utensils are dirty, lizards and mice

Haunted villa

Nothing at al

The place was horrible...it was like a haunted house...with dim lights and various species of insects in the house....there were mouse frogs all over the house....the linen and bed had bugs....the room were so stinky....the bathroom accessories were all broken... It was impossible to step in the kitchen...it was so untidy...the garden area is also not maintained with huge grass....there is no pool as mentioned in the photo.... Horrible experience....Suffered entire night with no electricity....would never recommend anybody to stay here even for an hour...
