The inside was very nice, the property itself was very good and the balcony was a nice place to hang out.
The only thing I didn’t love about the property was the location and distance from the train station. It was only a ten minute walk though so not even that inconvenient but that was about the only thing.

Location was a bit of a walk from Shin-Koiwa Station, but very close to Lumiere Shopping St.
The host, Makoto, was friendly and helpful in giving recommendations and very thorough in cleaning the entire hostel.
The towels provided were a bit worn and could use an upgrade. That being said, they were clean.
The toilet paper was very thin and fragile, but that was no different from any other hostel we stayed at in Japan.

Everything was fine, for the money you get exactly the worth you paid, nothing more, the system of checking in and out is super easy and comfortable, the beds are okay, it’s quite close to the train station. Lights turn off automatically at 11, there is a shower for 100¥ and a towel for 100¥, shared kitchen and laundry for 100¥ as well. The main problem is if you have a snoring person near you, out of those idk 20 beds at least, maybe a bit more the chances are pretty high, if someone is snoring loudly you won’t be able to sleep. In conclusion for a day or two, max three it’s allright, you get what you pay and it’s fair, anything more than 3 days I wouldn’t recommend. Also very important thing is that the accommodation is not on a line which is included in the 24/48/72 hour passes which are super efficient. So depends how much are you planning to use public transportation.
Snoring of other people, everything is super tiny, but that’s understandable.
