The outdoor area is very nice - good size, good pool, great view. Seating area is good size too.
House is spacious enough for 7-8 people.
Each room has its own bathroom plus a downstairs toilet.
Overall, it was ok for a short stay. We stayed for 2 weeks which I wouldn’t recommend.
Downstairs bedroom had no blinds/curtains which was an issue.
The dishwasher did not work. After a washing cycle, dishes were still all dirty and we had to wash everything by hand, which was quite an inconvenience.
Furniture was very basic and in need of DIY
There was no cleaning of the house or changing bed linen for 2 weeks, and in my opinion, this is unacceptable.

The view and the Villa were perfect. The kitchen is very well equipped.
The pool is not heated, so it was colder than expected as the heating system broke down (But fair to mention that it wasn't written that the pool has a heating system).
The bedroom doors can use some oiling as they make terrible noises when opening/closing.

Ein wunderschönes, neues und stilvoll eingerichtetes Haus! Alles ist vorhanden und am neuesten Stand. Der Pool ist sehr groß und lädt zum Schwimmen ein (es kommt auch ein „Pool-Boy“ ;) zur Reinigung). Die Verwaltungsmanagerin Tamy ist unglaublich und erfüllt alle Wünsche.
Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend, da das Haus an einer Anhöhe liegt. Mobilität dadurch eingeschränkt (Taxi oder Mietauto).
