Location and the cleanliness was spot on.
I wouldn’t say I didn’t like it but the fact they don’t have mini fridge in the room I found it weird.

Very proactively for my travels , it’s close to Metro 14. Having a small balcony is amazing . Have been staying here many times already

The hotel is close to transport and bed are very comfortable
We got there 1hr early even though asked for early check in well in advance they didn’t offer it. The hotel is very casual . Not a usual 4star im used to.
Staff are very young but not experienced. They just told us sorry room is not ready. (Not really welcoming) . Room was not getting clean, full of dust which was a challenge for us with 2people in family with allergy. Just bed sheet was getting change which i assume due to bed bugs outbreak. They started to do constructive work on our floor without any notice. We had to walk through rubbish on plastic floor cover, as they were breaking walls:(
No room service is available. We needed extra blanket which taken 2hrs to get ready and asked us to go down at 1am to pick it up. Expected better customer service at 4star hotel.
