I really loved the location and walkability of this place. There’s an elevator, which I used when I had my bags, but it’s a very easy walk up. Steps away from the pedestrian shopping and dining strip, the Promenade des Anglais, parks, etc. There’s also a grocery store/marketplace just north metres away from the building where you can pick up all of your essentials.
I found the space very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The space has air conditioning which, in the South of France in the hotter period, was very appreciated. It was so nice to retreat back into a zone where I could cool off.
The bathroom is very large for an older building, so I found a lot of space to get ready. The shower facilities are great and easy to use.
Having a washing machine meant I had to pack less, and it functioned very well.
The property manager was excellent to deal with. So responsive and kind. I really appreciate the excellent service in that area. A wonderful and kind person who made me feel like I was safe and taken care of.
Overall, I would recommend this stay.

Sehr zentrale Lage, Strand und Innenstadt sind in kurzer Zeit zu Fuß erreichbar, sauber und modern eingerichtet, sehr durchdachte Aufteilung und ein gemütlicher Hinterhof. Freundlicher Empfang und sehr nette Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin.

L’appartement est très bien situé dans une rue calme. Il bénéficie d’une petite terrasse sympa. Il est correctement équipé et bénéficie d’une salle de bain spacieuse. Catia la city manager est très sympa et a l’écoute des voyageurs
Le lit est trop petit, les oreillers sont à changer absolument. Si vous faites plus d’ 1m80, la nuit sera difficile dans ce lit. C’est vraiment dommage pour ce point car tout le reste était super.

Sehr sauberes Apartment mit super Ausstattung – wirklich alles vorhanden, sogar Strandtücher, Duschgel & Waschmittel. Top Lage: zentral, aber ruhig, Strand & Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke. Alles wie auf den Bildern
Für 3 erwachsene Personen etwas klein, Chaos war vorprogrammiert aber trotzdem machbar. Die Privatsphäre beim Toilettengang oder duschen ist nicht so super gegeben und über der Terrasse sind sehr viele Tauben.
