Location and size of the property
No closet space, the stove was a little dirty upon arrival.

The location, quiet and close to the Central Park. Bed and pillows were much more comfortable than in other places where we stayed in Japan. Kitchen is very large and well supplied.
Some rooms have low ceilings and some wood pieces sticking out so tall people should be careful. Bedrooms are on the second floor, the bathroom is on the first floor.
