Super lokalizacja tuż obok latarni. Apartament czysty, a kontakt z właścicielem szybki. Polecam serdecznie!

Lokalizacja rewelacyjna. Blisko port (z latarnią i falochronem), plaża (dobrze strzeżona, molo), bogata oferta gastronomiczna, sklepy spożywcze (nie tylko najpopularniejszej sieci). Lokal w odremontowanym przedwojennym budynku (większość w okolicy to obiekty stosunkowo nowe - jak to w Kołobrzegu), co ma szereg zalet (grube, stabilne termicznie ściany, dobra izolacja akustyczna). Gospodarz aktywnie oferował pomoc i rozwiązywanie niedogodności lub problemów, ale takich nie było. Dobra oferta - polecam.
Do ewentualnego poprawienia drobna sprawa. Przebywaliśmy w 6 osób, korzystaliśmy więc z rozkładanej sofy w salonie; prześcieradło było trochę za wąskie. Ogólnie: apartament bardzo wygodny dla 4 osób, nieco mniej dla 6 osób, z czym jednak liczyliśmy się decydując się na pobyt.

Very clean, great spot (about a 5 minute walk to the beach) and some nice restaurants and shops close by as well. The staff was great, really nice and accommodating.

Der einzige Vorteil dieser Unterkunft ist die Lage. Der Rest ist leider deutlich hinter der Erwartung.
Die Liste ist tatsächlich lang. Für eine Bewertung von 9, absolut hinter meinen Vorstellungen bzw.. Erwartungen.
Es wird von einem Apartment gesprochen, es ist nur ein Zimmer und 12-13m2 ist sehr klein. Das Bad hat nur eine Schiebetür, es richt muffig in dem Zimmer, der TV hat nicht funktioniert, das WLAN war nicht verfügbar, keine Klimaanlage, bei offenem Fenster sehr laut bis nachts um 0-1 Uhr und super hellhörig. Wenn andere Hausbewohner heim kommen, war ich immer wach. Was nicht hervor geht ist das es 4 Etage ist und der Aufgang gruselig ist. Die Möwen sin morgens ab 5uhr nicht zu überhören, die Gaststätten ab 6Uhr in der Belieferung es knallt und rumpelt da draußen. Feuchtigkeit im Bad, leichter Schimmel in der Dusche, die Toiletten-Spülung lief ununterbrochen, so laut das ich nicht schlafen konnte. Die Küche ist eigentlich nur ein Schrank mit 2 Tellern. Kein Waschbecken in der Küche. Es ist von einem Parkplatz vor der Tür die Rede, aus Unterhaltungen mit anderen Besuchern ging hervor, das man in der gesamten Sommerzeit keinen Parkplatz in Nähe bekommt. Mann muss ca. 2-3km weit parken oder in ein Parkhaus 1km weiter weg. Die Fenster haben keine Verschattung, die Jalousien sind defekt und lichtdurchlässig.
Das Bett war durchgelegen und richtig ekelig mit Flecken auf der Matratze. Die Federn haben sich in meinen Körper gebohrt.
Wenn man nur schlafen will, null Wert auf Komfort legt und in 5min am Strand sein will. Dann geht’s. Mit Erholung und Urlaub hat das Zimmer nichts zu tun. 5 Punkte sind echt geschmeichelt. Aussicht ist auf 30 andere Balkone, die Abends gern auch mal laut sind.
