The location is excellent right on Hastings street. underground parking is easily accessible.
Nice swimming pool area located in the centre of the complex with a children's pool also.
The communication regarding access to the property and garage could do with a bit of work.
We drove around trying to find the entrance and discovered there are two properties on Hastings street named Laguna.

nice pool / spa although spa bubbles weren’t working
the balcony. closed off. facing road.
don’t like how you can’t get clean towels. you have to wash and wait for the towels to dry. we had rain. i put the washer/dryer on dry setting and it said it was going to take 7 hours.
i called to ask if we can get clean towels and was asked why? you have a washing machine?

Great location. Pool and spa looked good and well maintained.
Strict cleaning rules with $150 fine if not compliant - returning dishware to cabinets and emptying bins throughout accomodation in car park bin. However hypocritical due to rooms weren't clean with fake eyelashes and bottle caps on the floor.
