Could have been so much better

The location to Hastings St & the beach was very convenient. The resort was lovely, the staff at the resort were so pleasant.

The location of our room 312/313 was noisy. Especially at 6am on every Easter morning the bin truck sat outside our window to unload multiple bins, reversing and then moving each bin. Extremely noisy. We also had no working aircon, so the company had stuck portable air cons in the room. On our last night, the air con set off the smoke alarm. This alerted the front office security, who came into our room without knocking. I understand that they needed to check on us, but at 11pm we were both out of bed and not wearing much. I found it embarrassing that they just barged in. When we left, my in-laws in a different room had left a key in their rental car. We were going to post it back, but Accom Noosa, rang us, text us and attempted to take money off my credit card for not returning a key. I found the abuse from them extremely upsetting when I was trying to get my elderly family members to find the key. My bank alerted me to the fraudulent ‘key collection fee’ being charged by Accom Noosa, by putting a stop on my credit card. I booked this accommodation through Booking.com but was suddenly being harassed by Accom Noosa. I paid over thousands of dollars to stay at a resort in Noosa with 6 adults & one 11yo child. To receive threats after leaving for a key, which is a card that should become useless after leaving, seems extremely rude behaviour. I would not advise dealing with this company, unfortunately we were subjected to it. My husband travels for work on a regular basis, we stay at many hotels for holidays. Neither of us would recommend the rudeness of this company, let alone both key collection & return, you have to await the office ladies from their chatting on the phone before they will serve you.

Comfortable and great location

I liked it was close and accessible to shops, restaurants and beach. The bed was big and comfortable.

That we had to walk across the road to get the keys and got lost trying to find the property. We had to drive along main road and back road and no one told us the name had changed.

Very good

The apartment was well laid out, clean and perfect for our group dynamics. The location is perfect for cafe’s and beach days.

The carpark configuration was confusing at first and the whole complex was under construction wraps and barriers.

No lift would have cancelled if we could of. Pool not finished either. Believe it was to be done by June/July . A lot of maintenance still going on.

Superb

The Sebel is ideally situated in the middle of the Hastings St action. Our room faced the river with a nice outlook. Secure Parking is beside the lift. Kitchen facilities were more than sufficient.

Fun, two night stay in Noosa Heads

The location was excellent. The facility was amazing - gorgeous room and really great amenities.

The outside noise from our room was awful. The windows definitely need to be double-glazed.

Inconvenient

I booked this apartment when it was part of the Sebel, however since renovations commenced at the Sebel we were allocated to laguna Hastings section. Our apartment was noisy, directly above the bins so it smelt and inconvenient to get to via Hastings street.

Noosa getaway

Comfortable and a nice hot shower. Only used the apartment for sleeping but was happy with everything in the room.

The accommodation is called Sebel so caused some initial confusion. The address listed is the office. I didn't realise at the time of booking that keys were to be collected and dropped off at the office. Parking in a driveway meant a 10 point turn since it was very difficult to get a park on Hastings St. Was told to park in a certain bay that didn't exist. The entry point is a very sharp left turn which is ridiculous. Luckily rest of the holiday was pleasant.

Very good

stayed before and knew the standard but was slightly disappointed. When paying this type of money you don't expect broken and torn lamp shades in each room. Found this pulled the standard down. The front door of our unit didn't even lock and didn't realize this till the next day when locking up. Luckily there was a very friendly most obliging young maintenance chap in the next unit who offered his services before we had to even ask. The lift was also out of action so that was disappointing as my elderly parents couldn't visit, but I realize these things happen.

staff incredibly unhelpful . lifts not working pool towels not available if you didn’t book through Sebal. The room didn’t provide pool towels.Parking was haphazard. Only pot luck getting a car park.TV in main living room barely had any channels

super relaxed stay in a great location

Being centrally located on Hastings street with a short walk to the beach and all the cafes and restaurants was awesome. The unit itself was spacious and had very good air conditioning👍👍 Nice and clean, the Sebel staff were helpful at the front desk when we needed them. Will definitely look to stay here again!

the room was clean and comfortable.

the property is undergoing significant construction from 7am each day. access to and from Hastings street is via the garage. there was machine noise, drilling, paint fumes and boarded up walkways throughout the resort. these prevented us from moving around the resort, accessing the lifts, using the pool etc. this should have absolutely been disclosed at booking.

Good location to be close to the action of Hastings Street.

Located in the centre of Noosa, so it is close to the beach and restaurants.

The bedroom was very noisy (situated above a busy restaurant) and light, with no block out curtains. This contrasted with the living room which was dark and quiet. It was very hard to get a good night’s sleep.

It might have been pleasant if the reservation wasn't cancelled by Laguna, 6 days prior to arrival

Unfortunately we didn't get to stay at Laguna as our accommodation was cancelled 6 days before arrival. Apparently the room renovations were not going to be ready in the particular tower our room was located in.

When I called the property to verify when payment was required I was informed that Booking.com had noted payment to be made on arrival against the booking. This was apparently incorrect and I had to make the payment immediately (within 15 days of arrival), only to be informed that the reservation had to be cancelled 6 days before we were due to arrive. Unfortunately there was very limited accommodation left at this stage and we had to pay a significantly higher rate to secure alternative accommodation. Very disappointed with the whole experience regarding Laguna and the lack of earlier advice regarding need to cancel.

Cozy hotel in the heart of Noosa Heads

Hotel is located right on Hastings street and it is walking distance to all cafes, restaurants and beach. The apartment did not face the street allowing for more quiet night. The room was clean and cozy.

There was only one bar of soap, no body wash or shampoo. Also the bathroom water tap was poorly designed. It was very close to the rim of the sink. There was no holder for the soap so it made a lot of mess on the bathroom bench.
