Location is great: by the lake and Piazza del Popolo which has several nice restaurants. Apartment had small terrace outside where it was nice to sit in the evenings with glass of wine and watch people and listen to singers of restaurants across the piazza.
Beds were good, even the sofa bed in living room. Kitchen had all the equipment we needed and there were some salt, pepper, oil, tea and coffee to get started. Everything in appartement was clean and worked well.
There was air conditioner in both rooms so we had good temperature even it was really hot outside.
There is parking lot near (~100m / 1min), right outside of ZTE area. Also after parking lot, behind tennis courts there is pebble beach where we had refreshing swim.
We had great stay and hope to have a change to stay again.

Amazing location and large space. This was perfect for the last couple of days of our vacation to spread out and get everything in order. The breathtaking views of the Lake cannot be beaten. It's just a short walk to go to the Rocca di Arona, which I would recommend and of course there are quite a number of very good restaurants a short walk away. You really cannot beat this location - we picked it as well because it's a short and easy drive to the Milan airport.
The only drawback some may face is if you need to use the aircon, it is a bit loud in the master bedroom (we turned it off and opted air from outside). If you open the windows in this master bedroom, there is some street noise. It's better to open the windows facing the Lake and let the air flow through the apartment this way. I mostly mention this as other reviews had complained about noise, but this wasn't a problem for us once we figured out how best to have a comfortable and quiet night. Slept great.

It as clean and tidy and nicely decorated.
Only 1 plug in the kitchen is a joke.
