Beautiful home, very comfortable. Superb breakfasts and some great restaurants in the town. Well situated in the lovely small town of Courselles-su-Mer and near to Juno Beach. Also close to WW2 beaches which were most interesting and touching. We learnt a lot!
Everything was good, nothing was too much trouble for our hosts.

It's been said before, but Laurence and Rodolphe are really what made this stay special. We took my in-laws on a bucket list trip to Normandy, and I wanted something charming and unique. This exceeded our expectations. The rooms were so quaint and felt so welcoming. The property had almost everything you could need, including parking, access to a shed with chairs at the beach, towels, baskets. And sweet Laurence coca-cola for me at breakfast. She even tried to find more of the novelty sugar cubes that my mother-in-law loved for her to take home. Also, they gave us a great restaurant recommendation on the first night when we were hungry and exhausted.
Because I'm and American at heart lol, I wish there was a mini-refrigerator in the room. And a fan. For most people the temperature was mild or even cool with the windows open. But I run very hot, and with the windows open, while it was comfortable, it means you did hear the loud birds and had the brightness once morning came. If I had a fan it might have been a quieter option.
