This two level home rests in the beautiful landscaped facility of Golden Pond Resort. With sleeping for up to 18 guest this makes for the perfect family gathering. You have two levels, each comes with 4 bedrooms and two baths, also a fully equipped kitchen open to the dinning room and living room area on each floor. You have ground access to each level as well. If you do not need both floors then we can do just one for up to 10 guest. since each floor is it's own unit, there is no inside access between floors. There are stairs on the rear deck to go between floors. The upper level has about 800 sq. feet of decking with seating for 12.
The lower level has a covered porch with ceiling fans and lighting for night dinning outside, along with a table that seats 8.
Your backyard is 200 feet of rolling hill to the play area with slide and swings for the kids, as well as volley ball, tennis, horse shoes and corn hole, or a dip in the pool. You also have a fire pit right out the back door.
We are located just 3 miles from Conley Bottom Marina for all your boating needs. As well as several other public lake access within a couple of miles. There are four different golf courses within a 40 minute drive.
There are several attractions within a 10 minute drive, such as the historic Brown-Lanier house from the battle of mill springs. Which is still one of the largest water wheels still used today.
There is the Wayne County museum, and
There is Burnside state park only 20 miles away. Water park in north Somerset, as well as movie theaters and shopping mall.
Lake Cumberland may be the big draw, but for those into hiking, Cumberland falls is about 45 minutes away with organized trails as well as the famous moon bow.
The scenery alone is worth the drive.

My family recently stayed here for four nights. The accommodations were perfect for 13 adults and five children. The children loved having their own room with bunk beds. The play ground area was enjoyed. The volleyball area was enjoyed. The pool was awesome. Would highly recommend for a family gathering! The house was clean, up to date and fully stocked with any cookware one might need. The host was easy to contact and helped anyway needed!

The property and house were perfect! Parking was great, we had 5 vehicles and there was still more room. We had 9 adults and 4 young children and there was more than enough room for all of us to sleep, relax, and play comfortably! The house is right up the hill from the pool, playground, sand volleyball, and tennis/basketball court! We had the best vacation and plan on coming back again!

comfortable house, but listing said there were queen beds - there were not. Also, the internet bogged down.
