The fact that once you are looking for peace and mental clarity, it's the best place….its one of the most peaceful place and we did not want to even leave or go out
Well… it’s not like my reason is bad!!! 😂 It’s just an area for improvement.
I arrived at night, and I noticed that the road leading to the property wasn’t well lit. Management may want to consider investing in solar street lights along the road leading to the property, as well as adding more lighting within the property especially around the gate and the open concierge area.
You don’t need to post this comment publicly; just pass the feedback on to management. The staff will make you enjoy yourself so much that you’ll probably forget all your complaints anyway! 😂😆

This was a lovely finding. The hotel is superb; room, facilities, food are great, but the best thing is how lovely the staff is. Had a great time!!

The room is nice, the staff are nice .. it’s a lovely place.
1. Location is a bit far, and the resort has very limited things to do. When you want to go to the city it’s extremely busy and it takes about 30 to 40 minutes by car. Sometimes Taxi won’t come there because it’s far. The hotel charges way extra for their own transportation.
2. There is one restaurant only and it’s very limited options.
3. The pool is not heated as advertised, it’s geothermally heated …
4. TV was way too small
