Such a beautiful hotel and grounds! So glad we stayed here, even though it was only for one night. They upgraded us too and we had a huge room with another lounge attached, even a massage chair in our room! Really great value honestly. The staff were so helpful too, especially with my lack of preparation for all the blocked apps etc. The lady went out of her way to order takeaway from her own phone for us (as the restaurants were all closed) and I transferred her the money. The buffet breakfast was so good too! So many options.
Not much really! The bed was a bit hard for me, but everyone has their own preference and I still slept well. Would recommend for sure.

The design of the hotel was based on Chinese architecture, which we really liked. The facilities were abundant, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend it to other travellers.

The architect of the place is so amazing, good customer service from front desk manager, Jamie.
International breakfast
Very far from main attractions, around 30-40 from the bund . Room was very hot , appreciate front desk manager initiative to get me fan . Its like compound, room service close by 9 pm. Room service lady doesn’t speak English
