Very good
I visited this hotel the second time. The location is excellent. The administration is very kind. The room was spacious with a kitchen, air conditioning, and a balcony with a side sea view. A microwave oven is a significant plus.
Sometimes, in the evening, the water pressure in the shower was too low. The pillows are too firm. The kitchen facilities are old. The restroom needs renovation.

The room space is a lot and the shared children area is very well equipped. The personnel is great!

Riminis best place with children
Best hotel with children in Rimini, I know it is not okay, but it is expensive for our salary and not fancy a bit, please rethink if you go to Rimini, because it is so overpriced, like this hotel, because it is close to the beach. Best playing room in the history ever, our children really loved that place at ground floor. Elevator, really cool to have it. Kitchen in the room, two balconies. Near there is a Coop, cheap and good.
How much is the fish? : D I mean beach: 100 euro more for a week. Parking is far away, but free (yeah). Room: clean, but could be better, can't sleep good on the bed, it was poor quality, bathroom is too much a tunnel, can't do baby shower there :DDD, windows some kind of rolling stuff to not get too much sunshine, but it was not working smoothly. The neighbourhood is okay, but this is Rimini suburb. Don't go to Rimini, go to Budapest or Lake Balaton.

location was near the sea but far from the city centre
The parking space was not provided for the whole vacation time. I did not like that you have to pay for changing towels and linen and toilet paper because those things should be provided in every appartment and included in the price for appartment.
