We loved everything about Hanok Story. The room was cosy, the bathroom was lovely, and everything felt very clean. We found the futon bed very comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind, letting us use their washing machine and clothes horse for laundry, and the breakfast they offered in the mornings was delicious. We would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful traditional buildings in lovely quiet area away from the crazy busy main streets. Easy walking distance to all the attractions.
The rooms could do with some updating/improvement. Breakfast totally local food so could do with at least one western option - toast maybe ?

Good location
No linen at the bed, staines on the walls, no proper shower, washing machine almost full occupies the bathroom entrance. General poor maintenance and cleaning. A/C extremely noisy. No lights at side of the bed. No cabinet or whatsoever to store clothes and luggage. We were expecting a traditional location, not a poor bungalow accommodation! No one took care of checking in and out.
