Very friendly host, easy communication, quick response, highly recommend!!!

Self catering was what we wanted, plenty of kitchen ware to help yourself with cooking :) Location was very quiet, beach, restaurants and shops walking distance, so no particular need of renting car, unless you want to explore the island by yourself. There was an access to swimming pool, but warning not to use it due to some troubles with licence... I think it was outside of the season usual no no. we used it once anyway, colder than the sea lol

BEWARE: A THIEF BROKE INTO THE APARTMENT

BEWARE: UNSAFE neighbourhood - we were ROBBED with 3 other apartments the same night. The apartment is nice & Margarita was sweet and helpful when we got there. Unfortunately we had a very bad experience. There was a previous comment mentioning a burglary a few months back so I checked with her and said the review was false and the appartment is very safe and we have nothing to worry. Unfortunately on out 3rd night there a man BROKE INTO the appartment (cctv footage) available, STOLE our phone, watch, wedding ring, handbag with documents and even entered the kids bedroom where the crib for my 2 year old kid was placed. Thankfully my husband was sleeping there and woke up and saw him so he ran away. But it was terrifying to be woken up at 4 am by an intruder to even imagine and we spent the rest of the trip (including driving 2 hours to Nicosia) trying to get new visa documents / at the police station, blocking our cards and feeling really unsafe. We were told it was "our fault" because the kitchen window was not double locked… PS we latched the outside blue windows and all doors etc were locked. Then, we were given a 200€ 'compensation' (considering our whole trip was ruined, this is even insulting!) and then said we should not write a review if we take the money. This is not legal according to booking.com policy by the way. Before we even landed in Cyprus I had asked her about safety and she had assured us it is very safe... Well, so here's the deal: be CAREFUL and avoid this neighbourhood and this host. Also, don't expect any action from Booking.com (you'll be be disappointed with their lack of responsibility). **UPDATE: It's outrageous the reply we got from the host to our review. A THIEF broke into the apartment while we were INSIDE ASLEEP(including our 2 year old toddler) and it turns out that we are the ones to be blamed for? Then we got BRIBED not to write a review... Really unbelievable.

Fabulous stay and holiday.

Apartment fabulous, Margarita the owner is so helpful before and throughout our stay. Apartment is so close to everything, making it easy to stay without a car. Swimming pool amazing which we seemed to have to ourselves throughout the stay. Beach is super close and we loved Lighthouse beach as it’s not too busy, the beach is very rocky but once you get past the rocks, the water was lovely to swim in, we also ate at the beach a couple of nights. The apartment has everything you need and is spacious with air conditioning, the garden is delightful and a real bonus to the property. We did get the bus to the harbour on one very very hot day and the bus stop is literally a 2 min walk from the property, but on other days we walked which took around 15 mins. At the harbour you can do water sports which we loved. We also enjoyed visiting the Tombs of the Kings and the the world heritage site of mosaics. We also enjoyed the cocktails and food at Thomas’s Jungle bar/restaurant a 2 min walk from the property. Margarita assisted us with transfers from and to the airport, Margarita really is a 1st class host.

Lovely stay in a good location

The apartment was in a great location for exploring Paphos. Harbour was a 15 minute walk away or get the 615 bus on the Tomb of Kings Avenue which was only a 2 minute walk away. Old Town was a 20 minute walk away or get the 610 bus from the other side of the Kings Mall roundabout. Kings Mall Avenue had a good supermarket inside which was a 5 minute walk away. If you have a car Lidl is only a 5 minute drive away. Margarita was a great host and always answered any query we had quickly. The apartment was located in a quiet residential street with restaurants, bars and entertainment only a couple of minutes away. The apartment was a good size and clean and had everything you needed in the kitchen. Good sized garden and was lovely to sit outside at the table and eat. Pool area was good and not busy.

A peaceful hideaway in a busy city.

The apartment was so cool, calm and spacious. A perfect foil for busy Paphos. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived and the lovely welcome that we received from Margarita was appreciated after a long flight. The big selling point for us was the wonderful private garden with it’s beautiful trees and bushes. We spent most of our time out there enjoying the peace and sunshine.

There was nothing to dislike about this property.

A Nightmare Vacation : Fleas, Robbery, and Safety Concerns at Paphos Apartment

The location of the apartment is in the center of Phapus, but the area is with a lot of immigrants.

Our experience was out to be far from pleasant. I feel compelled to share our disappointing experience so that others can make informed decisions when considering this property. Firstly, upon our arrival, we noticed the presence of fleas in the apartment and in the pool area. It was distressing to find these pests, especially when we were traveling with young children. The infestation made it impossible for us to fully enjoy our stay as we constantly had to worry about getting bitten or bringing the fleas back home with us. To make matters worse, our unfortunate experience escalated when we fell victim to a robbery during our stay. Unknown individuals broke into the apartment and stole our cash and valuable jewelry. This incident not only left us feeling violated but also deeply upset, as our personal belongings were taken away from us.

Great location and apartment. Super host

The apartment was perfect for us. The beds were so comfortable. The location was excellent being in a quiet cul de sac but with bars and restaurants within a 2 minute walk. Margarita our host was wonderful and made sure that we had a lovely stay. There was a problem with one of the air conditioning units, but she was with us within 10 minutes and had an engineer out to fix the problem the same afternoon. We will certainly be visiting again.

We liked very good location in quiet area , it is a few minutes walking to the beach, to the shopping mall and the harbour with many restaurants. The apartment is large with three bedrooms and very nice living room. Private garden is lovely. The owner Margarita is very helpful person. We really want to come back.

The apartment is exactly as described & photographs. Margarita was extremely helpful & patient when we arrived late & allowed a late check-out. Extremely clean, bright & airy. Very comfortable. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Perfect apartment with everything.

Location was great. Nice and clean apartment. Margarita - She is very good person. The apartment has two bathrooms. Air conditioning in every room. There is a very good bus connection near the apartment. Bus number 615. You can also park your car next to the apartment.

The close proximity to the harbour area and the owner being so helpful.

Margarita was fantastic! She was easy to contact and communicate with and arranged an airport transfer for us as well as a very late check in! I would highly recommend booking her apartment and would definitely book again next time I visit Paphos.

Lovely, clean , spacious apartment. Had everything we needed and more. Margarita was very welcoming, and helpful. On hand to answer any questions we had at any time. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Nice place in a good location with a friendly and helpful host - highly recommended :)

Nice and clean apartment with 3 separate rooms and 2 bathrooms + a large and comfy living room, moreover a huge kitchen and dining area. There are bars, restaurants, a bakery and kiosks within 5 minutes by walk. Our host Margarita is not just friendly (and patient :) ) but also very helpful. We got a lot of advises and recommendations from her

Fortunately I can put nothing negative onto the table :) Honestly, we had minor issues during our stay, but they were handled immediately by our host Margarita. Thanks for that :)

Very good

It has a nice garden with a lemon tree, a table to sit outdoors. It has two bathrooms. It has all the necessities like two fridges, a dish washer and a washing machine. A mall is a short walk away. Parking was easy enough since the apartment is in a side street. The area is quiet with not much noise. For a fee the host organized shuttles to the airport. The manager Natalia was very welcoming, thank you!

There were some issues like lack of a good baby high chair but the host tried to solve those, a heater in a bathroom did not work. Hot water works with a timer and it takes some minutes of running the tap for it to warm up initially. There were some ants coming from outside to the kitchen but the host tried to solve this problem and this was not a big problem.

Close to everything, but quiet apartement

Very nice apartement with large open livingroom with eating area and the open kitchen. There were 2 ovens and 2 refridgerators in the kitchen, a toaster and a kettle (no coffee machine), dishwasher and washing machine. Three bedrooms all good size, 2 bathrooms on the row (one with shower, the other with bathtube). Beautiful private garden looked even better than on the photos, had a lemon tree with lots of lemons. The pool was closed because of the pandemic. Everything was in walking distance, but if you don't fancy to walk, there's a bus station also close by, which will take you to the port or to Coral Bay the other way. Yoou can take other buses from the port or Coral Bay or elsewhere and go to different places in Paphos very easily (day ticket is 5 euros and you cn get it from the driver). There are ants who love to walk from their trail to the kitchen work surface, just keep the surface clean and but your food away and its not a problem - there will be only a few of them, its nature. We loved staying in King Apartement.

Fantastic Value

Excellent communication, had everything we needed, very clean and spacious and perfectly located to get all around the island. Even when we had a tiny issue it was resolved in just a few hours. Picked us up at the airport and dropped us off, will return 100%

Great spacious appartment, we were a party of 4 plus 2 children under 4 We used the transfer option from airport, which was efficient. Close to a good beach with a beach bar, toilets and changing facilities. Also close to tourist sites and the harbour. Good restaurants within 5 mins. We loved Jimmy's bar and next door 3 little pigs.

It was in a little more built up area than we thought, but lovely spacious appartment, with a nice outdoor area in sit in. We couldn't use the swimming pool, but that was due to covid rules

The apartment is located in a quiet street close to the beach and in walking distance of the Archaeological Park as well as lots of shops and restaurants. It is spacious with a full range of appliances.

There was no information sheets about how to operate the complex switches for the appliances and hot water. We had no hot water for the first night. The decor is tired and the vinyl wraps on the kitchen cupboards are peeling. It would be helpful to have a booklet with information on how to walk and drive to the beach and local shops and restaurants. We had to discover it all ourselves.
