The house is big and well-equipped. Quiet location.
Be aware that when you stay there during cold weather there is only a wood-fired oven. As there are 2 floors but no separating ceiling or walls in between the heat from the oven takes quite a long time to warm up the entire house!
Firewood is provided for free but you have to chop it first yourself in the backyard.
During my stay, I got 2 (!!) separate automated messages to remind me to properly clean up prior to leaving! - In my opinion, this might be understandable due to bad, prior experiences by the owner, but still, this leaves a somewhat patronizing taste in one's mouth. - A complimentary WIFI would be a great addition too.

The only heating available was a wood fire and the weather was wet and cold. I would have preferred an easier option than chopping wood and lighting a fire.

Clean and convenient. Access to river walk great
So many rules and constant reminders of them.
No upstairs bathroom.
