The apartment

Internet problems, there was no clothes dryer, difficult check-in and check-out, you have to call the owner, which is quite stressful if you don't have a local number and mobile internet.The shower stand in the bathroom was broken and it was uncomfortable to shower and the drain was blocked. There are no blackout curtains in the bedroom and in the morning it's super uncomfortable!If one of the two has to go out and get the key, the apartment remains without electricity. It would be nice to put a smart TV These are small things, but for a longer stay they will create a rather uncomfortable stay

Nothing the location is Very bad and most probably he doesn't have the original room which he have on photo's

I book on a apartment and the owner with the excuse that the water doesn't work move me to a other place which use to be storage and they change it in a room

the owner was polite friendly and nice

we ended up on another place when we arrived. (he had electricity problem in his apartments, he told us) the owner announced us that when we arrived. he was polite and asked us if it is ok, but i did not have energy to look for another place, after whole day in the city. it would have been fair to tell me this via the phone in advance and send me photos in advance (we were already communicating whole day for the arrival and parking). the bed sheets were super weird, weird material.

The building and the flat are new and clean. The owner is very nice and helpful, speaks good English and even some Russian. One of the best options in Famagusta.

Great value for money in a central location of Famagusta!

A great location! The host was very friendly and helpful. There was also a parking space below and everything worked very well in the apartment (good shower, comfortable beds etc).

The owner and his wife was very friendly and helpful. Easy to talk to (good English skills). Anything I asked for they helped me with. You can rent a bike, get a shuttle bus anywhere and so on. After my stay I wanted to stay for one more day, but the apartment was booked so he accommodated me in a new place and drove me there as well. Awesome experience. There is a washing machine as well !

To be honest there was not anything I disliked worth to mention.

Everything is perfect...except for the position. If you're travelling by car, there is no problem at all. If you travel by public transport like me, it's far from the citadel, not that far but 20 minutes under the sun...

Awesome view to the sea. The owner is a really nice guy who actually showed me how to enter the ghost town Varosha. Very helpful. The apartment was nicely clean and well equipped in the kitchen. Best value for money.

Overall, its a good place to stay in with a budget. Bathroom wasn’t clean enough, and thats the only thing i didnt like.

Comfortable, safe, good kitchen and nice view

Neighbors noise, slow internet, no window nest/ mesh so the mosquitos ate us.

Excellent apartment in perfect condition, as the renovation was made quite recently (I learned about this from the owner and saw for myself). There are all the items necessary for a comfortable stay, whether it is: kettle, washer, iron and further on the list (in the description of the apartment there is everything that is really in it). The apartment is very clean and everything works: the owner was very keen and helpful.

Good option

Cute flat in a new building. When the powercuts happen (every day) the building has its own generator. Owner easy to reach. Walking distance from old town. Quiet flat (excpet when the mosque nearby calls for praying and when the baby neighbour cries)

The flat needs a spring cleaning. It is cold during winter.

Feels like home

Not far from the centre, north of the old town on the way to Salamis. Alp always replies to your messages and tries to help. Cosy appartment with all the basics. Comfy bed.

Cold during winter. It needs a deep cleaning. It is near a mosque, so on Friday morning you will be waken up at 4.45am for praying.

The apartment is very spacious and well equiped.

There was so much noise from the up and above neighbours at night and even until 7:00 am, when I had to leave the place. Maybe it was a coincidence, but the music was so loud it was not possible to sleep even with earplugs.

Very nice location, within walking distance of the old town. Very easy to reach many other parts of the city too. Apartment was clean, furnished, and had everything I needed for my short stay. Worth the cost. Host was very nice and helpful - offered to pick me up after my bus journey, which was greatly appreciated since I had a lot of baggage. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent choise for small money. Everything was extremely clean, apartmant is comfortable and equiped with all you need. I am happy to meet with the owner, he was so nice and hospitable that gave me a ride by his car to a flat, greeted me with Turkish coffee and next day took my by his car to the Greek side for free. Great experience, higly recommend!

Excellent place to stay

Fantastic apartment which was extremely comfortable for my stay in Famagusta. The owner was fantastic, really flexible and generous even offering me a lift to the bus station when I checked out. I would highly recommend this flat for anyone visiting this city

Nice staying

All Same with pictures on Booking, The bed is very comfortable, The owner is nice and very helpful, WiFi is good, Hot water is good always.....

It would be better to have a spoon and spatula for cooking in the kitchen.
