Everything, the lake, the hot tub, the cooking facilities, the remoteness and proximity to totnes 😎

Richard was a really lovely host, and the Lakehouse was exactly as described! Olive oil was even provided for cooking, which was a really nice touch. Perfect place for a private and peaceful getaway, whilst still being close enough to everything that there's loads to do.
Only wish we could have stayed longer!

A perfect spot to enjoy a heatwave and laze away the day next to the beautiful lake, enjoying the occasional trip on the water in the rowing boat .
Absolutely loved the location ,privacy and facilities including the pizza oven and hot tub.
Richard was a friendly and helpful host .
Would thoroughly recommend for a unique experience

Great place to switch off, absolute privacy in the middle of a beautiful countryside. The landlord is super kind, welcoming and just WhatsApp away if anything needed. Place to return to, we can’t wait to experience it in the summertime. Dartmoor national park with great trails around the corner, loads of great pubs with delicious menus around. Highly recommended.
