We stayed at Sempreverde for five nights and really loved it. Licia and Peppe made us feel at home from the very beginning — they were incredibly helpful and clearly cared about making our stay as nice as possible.
The place itself is special: eco-friendly, full of character and very peaceful. Our room and bathroom were comfortable and we had no complaints at all. Breakfast on the terrace with the sea view was a real highlight — fresh bread, homemade cakes and local products every morning.
Staying in Punta Secca at Sempreverde turned out to be an excellent base for exploring the neighbouring towns and getting to know the area. It was a unique experience overall.
We recommend it with a clear conscience and would happily come back.

Friendly helpful hosts, excellent breakfasts . Beautiful building with lovely terrace for breakfast & to relax, read etc. .Great bathroom / shower. Free parking outside property. Punta secca is a peaceful haven in October. Easy location to go exploring the local area, Regusa , Noto etc.

colazione sia come quantità e tipologia ma soprattutto molte cose sono scoperte e le mosche si poggiano sopra , inoltre servirebbe un po di varietà e una qualità migliore di biscotti torte ect
