De locatie! Het uitzicht op de zee en bergen is iedere dag weer even prachtig. Je loopt je appartement (trappen) uit en kunt genieten van zwemmen in de zee of zwembad. De foto's kloppen echt. Heerlijk.eten bij het restaurant ernaast of een andere, ook op loopafstand. Het appartement is schoon, voldoende uitrusting in de keuken.Er is geen koffiezetapparaat. Wel een waterkoker. Wij gebruiken altijd oploskoffie. Iedere dag schone handdoeken en voor eventuele vragen is er altijd iemand aanwezig. Vriendelijke, gastvrije ontvangst met een flesje wijn en makkelijk contact.doordat het gezin op de onderste verdieping woont of er snel op een berichtje via booking wordt gereageerd.
Eigenlijk helemaal Niets. Of het
moet de lichte helling naar het appartement zijn, dat viel even tegen met onze koffer. Ook is het adres moeilijk te vinden, zelfs voor taxichauffeurs. Het beste is het restaurant ernaast: Vino Santo aan te houden.

This is an excellent location within Montenegro. The property offers a pool and access to the sea directy from the property. The rooms are clean and spacous for 2 people and could if needed accomdate 4.
For us the kitchen could be better equiped. Coffee machine/Expresso or Cafetiere. Cutting board and possibly an oven (they do provide a microwave). However, I would describe the property as well equipped for the basics of a holiday.

Ubicación perfecta, a tiro de piedra de Kotor y Tivat y muy cómodo para visitar Perast por el ferry. Con acceso privado al mar y tumbonas y sombrillas, casi te puedes tirar al agua desde la ventana. Un kayak disponible. Parking en la parte de atrás del edificio. Tal como aparece en las fotos. Propietarios agradables y dispuestos a ayudar.
Conviene estar seguro del apartamento. Nosotros cogimos el número 3 y para 4 personas era un poco pequeño También conviene acordar por adelantado la forma de pago. Tuvimos un problema con internet que no llegó a resolverse a pesar de la buena disposición de los propietarios

To be fair we must say that the location is beautiful - breathtaking view from balcony, swimming pool (small but clean and it was sufficient for us), private descent to the Bay of Kotor. Apartment was clean and has air conditioning (only in livingroom/kitchen).
Also Mrs who hosted us was very polite (but she doesn't speak English).
We really don't know what should we say about our visit in Tamaris Apartment. In summary we're not satisfied.
We stayed in no. 4 on second floor. Apartment was really small (it haven't got 40m2, it even haven't 30m2). Unfortunately the owner insisted that we're wrong, so we measured the apartment precisely. If you travel foursome it could be really uncomfortable, becouse you couldn't even eat together (it's even hard to pass the room). It's impossible to close the door in bedroom becouse of standing bed (it's such small).
Photo of livingroom on Booking is from different apartment! (but owner told us that all apartaments are the same sizes) and it was taken to looks bigger. We feel deceived!
We're dissapointed becouse we were ignored and even didn't hear "you're right, sorry". Contact with the owner was only by Booking or WhatsApp, becouse she wasn't on place.
The second point is payment. After we took the reservation we were asked to pay 50% of total amount by bank transfer. On place it turned out that we had to pay 20€ more becouse Montenegro Bank took fee. I think it's not fair.
I write this to warn you becouse the owner still hasn't changed information on Booking.
For us the apartment isn't worth the price!
