Muito bonito o local e as instalçoes. Falta terem mais estrutura de “praia” nenhuma cadeira tinha, nada. Nao utilizam a natureza que têm.

The breakfast was very good. On the first day, it was served as an open buffet, while on the other days it was available by request. Breakfast was included with the reservation.
Overall, the breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of options, and everything was very clean.
The staff were amazing. They were always friendly, professional, and willing to help. Communication was excellent, and they made sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay. Their hospitality made our experience even better.
The hotel also offered many excellent complimentary services, including a sauna, swimming pool, free parking, a campfire night, fishing equipment, and many other activities. These extra amenities made our stay even more enjoyable and added great value to the overall experience.
The house was a bit small. The bedroom was on the second floor, which was fine, but the stairs were quite steep and difficult to climb. The bed was also not very comfortable, which made it harder to get a good night's sleep.

Localização em local calmo.
Experiência péssima no geral. Começando pela exigência da hospedagem feita via WhatsApp, em pagarmos um sinal antes de chegar a acomodação, obrigatoriamente feito no PIX ou TED. Se não cancelariam a reserva.
Chegando no chalé, o mesmo estava empoeirado; a cama era velha (velha mesmo, gasta de tanto uso) com partes afundas e um colchão rasgado. O café da manhã era simples e nada demais. Só haviam duas piscinas infantis cheias, a piscina maior que deveria ser dos adultos estava vazia; e nenhuma delas era climatizada como anunciado; na área da piscina não havia guarda sol para todos ali, sem ao menos estrutura para quem estavam recebendo.
Colaboradores do restaurante educados e simpáticos, recepção pelo contrário; não explicam onde ficava nada ali e nem qual a programação de horários de café da manhã.
Em suma, não vale a pena, existem diversos outros lugares que podem entregar uma estrutura e receptividade muito melhor do que a oferecida, além do preço que não vale nada diante do que entregam.
