The location was excellent, just 1 min from the tourist information centre and bus stop. The landlady was very friendly, already waiting when we arrived. The balcony was a plus so we could enjoy the peace and quiet of the place.
We spent only 1 night and I can't really think of any negative points.

Right in the centre of Bovec, convenient for everything. It has all you need, very well equipped kitchen and spacious bedrooms. Evethough it doesn’t have nearby parking, owner arranges free parking at the public parking lot (but it’s not very near - still walking distance though). Very clean, fast wi-fi, very friendly owner.
The fact that you have to walk to the parking some few hundred meters. Minor disadvantage, didn’t bother us much.

Nice app, sufficient for four people.
City center with quite complicated parking. You can t leave the car at the app, must park quite far and pay for it.

Stairs are a bit weak, my parents could't stairs properly, and there is no bathroom in the second floor which results a bit inconveniente if you need to pee in the middle of the night, at least a little wc for this.
Also middle September dates, we found it a bit overpriced, out of 4 apartaments along our week stay at Slovenia was the most expensive and the less convenient
