The property was very clean and well appointed. It has been renovated well. It is in a very quiet area. It is small but adequate for us as the only meal we had there was breakfast and did not return until bed time. Nice big fridge. The property was good value although there was confusion as to whether it was booked for 1 or 2 people.
The kitchen could be better equipped. There was no kettle, toaster, Iron/ironing board (we were attending a wedding so could have done with an iron ). Cups/glasses very small in size and number and very little storage space for food (although we didn’t need it). Remote didn’t work for the TV which didn’t really bother us. Very small wardrobe/one drawer. When we arrived they said the property was only booked for 1 person and did we want to upgrade. It is clear on Booking.com when you search for 1 bedroom it says for 2 people. When I couldn’t upgrade on Booking and told to speak with the owner they backed down. There is no outside sitting area apart from a wall alongside our car parking space. The owners do not speak English and had a family member help on the day we arrived. Santa Maria is very hilly and we were very high up. It took us 10 mins to walk to the seafront but it is very steep and quite hard work on the way back! There are few taxis. Santa Maria is beautiful as is Puglia so would highly recommend a visit.

Questa casa è stata una vera e propria scoperta! Appena siamo arrivati l'accoglienza ci ha fatti sentire come a casa nostra, soprattutto la gentilezza e i modi dei proprietari. La casa è completamente attrezzata di tutto! Il punto di forza è la posizione poiché in pochi minuti puoi raggiungere varie mete estive col mare stupendo. Se dovessi tornare in Puglia, tornerei in questa casa!

Persone eccezionali e cordiali. Molto disponibili e gentili. Sono stati dei giorni Veramente belli e di relax.
Sicuramente un pó la posizione per raggiungere il paese. Come abbiamo già detto hai proprietari.
