The customer service and experience provided by Michele was outstanding. Michele cooked us wonderful breakfast every morning and offered us ideas of places to go and how to get there. Michele made phone calls for us as well. He was such a great host!

Right in the historic part of town, in a very historic building. Short walk from the train station. Very comfortable room and bed, overlooking the river. They try to think of everything to make your stay wonderful. Michaele attends to your every need, is extremely informative and serves an amazing breakfast.
Being historic, they couldn't put in an elevator, so if you are unable to handle steps, it might be a problem. Although the bathroom was wonderful, the water pressure was a bit low.

Absolute perfection! Michele was an incredible host. So welcoming, friendly, and passionate about what he does. We loved hearing about his love for his home and the curated local breakfasts he provided were amazing!
The facilities themselves were also immaculate. Great location just five minutes from the train station, they were clean, comfortable, and cozy.

**Michel, a young staff member at the hotel, was absolutely amazing and helped us so much during our trip. He kindly listened to all our requests and went out of his way to support us. He is a wonderful person.
The hotel itself was excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable, and we truly enjoyed our stay.
If you are visiting Tirano, I highly recommend staying at this hotel.**
Honestly… there was nothing negative about our stay.
