A nice host, who has a little store in front of the apartments, so heis accessible all the time and helps solving the problems if necessary.
The view from the window wasn't very exciting, but since I didn't come to Istanbul to seat near the window, this wasn't that important.

the hosts are soooo nice , constantly asking us if we need anything and making sure we feel comfortable throughout our stay , the room is clean and has somewhat a good space for its price . The accommodation has an easy access to public transport whether it is metro or bus . If ypu are travelling to istanbul on budget i highly recommend this place because it definitely is great and i hope they receive more customers for their kindness and welcoming attitude.

I have been hosted twice here. Good value for the price, and accommodations meet my needs,, though it is not for everyone.
They have good location, accessible by foot to Metro or Marmaray stations.
Many restaurants in area, for all preferences and budgets.
Grand Bazaar is accessible by foot, and nearby public transport can take you to the other thoroughfares of the city. You will have to climb uphill, this is İstanbul after all.
The convenience store across the street has good products for good prices, and the shopkeepers are friendly and hospitable.

Good location and courteous host.
The price online seems reasonable but when I was there saw many hotels nearby where the rate is cheaper per night and some even with breakfast included. Yet this place is only home apartments type and not hotel.
