The service staff were amazing and provided service with right attitude.
The hotel did have power back up during power failure but during our second night, the power back up also did not work plus we had to sleep without Fan and dim lights.

Location is amazing. Surrounded by hills from all the sides. Spacious cottages properly cleaned and maintained. Food is delicious. Must for everyone looking for a break.
