staff very friendly. location was ideal for us. easy to find. room was big enough for us to move around in and had a sink in the room which was useful.
matresses were ok comfy-wise (not the best). My legs nearly came off the end (I'm only 6ft 2). Pillows were quite thin (I'm a slight pillow snob so might be being a bit harsh here. also have broad shoulders and sleep on my side, so need at least 2-3 thin pillows or one chunky one!). Heard ppl moving around in the morning (we were up for 6.45am) so wasn't an issue for us, but I wouldn't like to hear that if I was trying to lie in...

Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location if you want to stay near the bustling areas of central London like Covent Garden for musicals/plays and Soho for nightlife and shopping.
I stayed for 5 nights and I didn’t see a cleaner or someone clean the rooms/bathrooms once. There were dirty/wet bath and hand towels in the rooms that remained there the whole stay, leading me to think there isn’t sufficient cleaning done for the shared facilities. Witnessed a staff member getting on top of a bed with dirty outdoor shoes while putting on clean sheets.
The facilities don’t lend themselves for socialization. The shared space fits ~10 people. There is no bar or real area to meet people.
