This is a really beautiful property in a beautiful location right on the sea with a beautiful view! Communication before and during our stay was very good with Yiannis who picked us up at the port and shared a lot of information. Halki is a beautiful island with good restaurants and friendly people. Clean and quiet property, nice room, comfortable bed and good breakfast.
Hotel guests that leave their towels and other items on the sun beds while they disappear for hours meaning other guests cannot use them. Shower cabin is really small, was not a problem for us but may be for others.

The most comfortable beds, very clean, nice breakfast, fantastic location, great service, a beautiful building, a quiet room... perfect!
Some customers were ridiculous and put their towels on sunbeds to reserve them before 8am. They then didn't even show up to use them until after 2pm! Very frustrating! This was the only issue in a fantastic hotel. Perhaps this could be monitored by the hotel and customers could be prevented from doing this.

The hotel is in a beautiful location overlooking the harbour and is a stunning building. It’s about a ten min walk into the main (small) town. And you need to be mobile as there are a lot of steps and weaving alleys
I disliked very little. But it’s too busy for the amenities available- a victim of its own success. Very busy at breakfasts, too few sunbeds for the number of rooms and staff who refuse to tackle the regular guests that leave towels to reserve beds and tables but don’t use them all day. As the only hotel on the island it needs competition. Salads are amazing!
