Overall, it wasn’t worth the money, and the experience is not something I would ever repeat.

The apartment was clean and well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable. There are plenty of shops and conveniences in the area, making it easy to pick up anything you might need. Another big advantage is the close proximity to the beach.

It was located quite far from the city center, in a very rundown building next to a football field, with noise continuing until midnight. The surrounding area is extremely crowded and not pleasant for walking, and the apartment itself is very small -definitely not the true Kavala experience. The only advantage is its proximity to the beach. You should also be cautious with mosquitoes; opening the door even briefly lets them in instantly. Additionally, the early 10 a.m. checkout time feels rather unreasonable.

Afordable and good for short stays

The place is furbished well and the space is optimized for use. We liked that the place had a washing machine, electric oven and other amenities. The price was good.

Did not like the bathroom, it is small and low in height, the floor drain was partially clogged. By the second day is was fully clogged and I had to unclogg it. The bathroom also does not vent properly
