Η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος είναι φανταστική!! Λίγα μέτρα μόλις από την θάλασσα, την οποία βλέπαμε από το μπαλκόνι, το οποίο είχε πολύ ωραία θέα, σε φαρδύ δρόμο και με πολύ φως. Σε μόλις δύο λεπτά απόσταση μπορούσες να κάνεις μπάνιο στην θάλασσα. Το σπίτι τα έχει όλα, τόσο στην κουζίνα όσο και στο μπάνιο. Το σαλόνι είναι άνετο, με δύο καναπέδες και έχει μία τεράστια τηλεόραση με μεγάλη ευκρίνεια, ενώ υπάρχει και τραπεζαρία. Τα μπροστινά μπαλκόνια έχουν τέντες που μας προστάτευαν από τον ήλιο, ενώ όλα ακόμη και τα μπαλκόνια με τα έπιπλά τους ήταν πεντακάθαρα!! Τα κρεβάτια είναι άνετα και τα υπνοδωμάτια έχουν πάρα πολλές ντουλάπες. Δεν έχω λόγια!! Είμαι ενθουσιασμένη με την επιλογή μας!! Σίγουρα αν ξαναπάμε Καλαμάτα θα προσπαθήσουμε να μείνουμε στο ίδιο σπίτι!!

Fantastic location. The apartment is very clean and had all the relevant necessities. Very spacious bedrooms and the beds were very comfortable.
Close to all the shops and main attractions like Kastraki and a 1 min walk to the beach on the limani and a 10 min drive to areas like Kato Verga.
The air conditioning unit was leaking water. The tiles would get slippery.

Appartamento grande e pulito, arredato un po retró Ma con tutto il necessario.
Soluzione probabilmente a doppio uso personale e affitto, terzo piano di un condominio a 20mt dal lungo mare con ingresso dalla strada parallela. 3 condizionatori molto utili ma abbastanza datati e rumorosi.
