About this house rental
This hidden gem is located in Ship Bottom NJ, on the LAGOON!! The house sleeps 14 people. (7) night minimum during summer weeks- all renters must provide their own linens and bath/beach towels. a $350.00 cleaning fee will be added to total cost of rental for after you leave the property. A $1500.00 refundable security deposit is required by owner ( outside of VRBO guidelines).

- (2) bedrooms, both with full size beds
-(1) full size bathroom
- Living room
- 9 person dining room set attached to kitchen with easy access to backyard with patio furniture, Inground pool, backyard lagoon access and grill which is directly hooked up to household .
Second floor :
- 3 bedrooms upstairs with (1) bedroom having (4) twin beds and (1) day bed ... (1) bedroom having one king bed and the remaining bedroom having (2) full size beds and (1) day bed.
- (1) full size bathroom with stand up shower and jacuzzi.

Washer and Dryer located in garage of household
- Easy on and easy off island from route 72
-Children’s Safety fence along lagoon
-House has a (2) zone heating and air conditioning system

This house was an amazing stay for our family of fourteen. The younger kids pretty much stayed in the pool and teens enjoyed exploring town on the bicycles provided. We fished and tried the crab traps right off the deck to the bay inlet in the back yard. Everything you could need for pool or beach fun was provided. What a fabulous time we had! Thank you Bill!
