The beds are nice and comfortable. The location is amazing. The staff is helpful and polite. There are many board games and a guitar for the guests to use in the rooftop. The lobby is quite comfortable, and there are good books to read there.
The water refills are a little pricey in my opinion. I have sensory issues so being barefoot was a bit of a struggle for me (the hostel requires shoes to be taken off at the entrance). The personal light in the beds should be a little brighter or there should be two.

The staff are really nice and the activities are good and fun, I also loved the Taco Tuesday they have.
I stayed both in the private and in the dorms, the private room was clean and the shower was good.
I didn’t understand the thing with paying extra dollar for a towel when staying in the dorms, also they turn off the AC in the dorms from 10am-6pm which for me was very annoying.

Nice rooftop bar, clean, social but chilled, good for a couple of nights but wouldn’t stay longer. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room was far too hot as the aircon is only on from 6pm-10am. $1 charge for towel rental. Beds were quite firm (I didn’t mind) some people will not like this. There is only 1 shower and toilet per dorm, and not enough fans considering the aircon is not on during the hot daytime. Reception is not 24 hours & front door is gated at 12pm.
