The location of this property truly is second to none. It's incredible! You are literally on the main street and super close to everything you'd want to see in Seville. The room has a TV with Netflix, which is actually really nice given that we visited during 45+ degree weather and we couldn't be out from 4pm-8pm every day. We didn't use the kitchen but it looked very well equipped too :)
It was a really comfortable and convenient location but there are a few things that might be worth pointing out:
The (understandable) noise: as most people have mentioned, it is extremely noisy because of it's location - best location in the hustle and bustle. You're directly next to the church and the bell goes off every hour (often more) from about 6am to midnight. You've got all the rubbish collection happening in the morning as well and the tram noise and dinging directly on your doorstep. All this was completely fine with us. The other thing to note that directly outside the apartment there is a very popular spot for buskers. Some of these buskers are fine (there's a guy with a great voice that did a 9pm-1am slot every night we were there and there was a busker on before that who was posing as a falling waiter). However, from about 10am-4pm we had a person in a llama suit with a bell around its neck making heckling llama noises. The first day it was beyond irritating. The next day we ended up just leaving the apartment when he started and coming back when he ended, which worked perfectly for us.
The smell in the main foyer: I was shocked that not more people have mentioned this so I can only assume it's not there all the time. I can only see it mentioned in one or two other reviews. The main foyer when you first enter the building has an incredibly strong smell that can only be described as a burst sewer pipe. The smell does not penetrate into the lift or the apartment at all, but you do need to hold your breath when you come in and out of the building. Perhaps it was only bad because we were there in the extreme heat wave? I'm not too sure.
All in all, a really great place and you cannot go wrong for staying here!

Amazing apartment and cannot express how convenient the location is for all the main sites! Super clean, Angela and Jose are great hosts and accommodating.
Located right next to the cathedral so you may hear the bells in the morning but only a small negative to have an amazing view and apartment.

This is a beautiful apartment. Great beds, climate control and building elevator. Location can’t be beat. Every amenity you need.
Only downside is the street noise. When the parties wind down and the street trolly stops, the garbage trucks and street cleaners start.

The location was fabulous beside the Cathedral which meant hearing the bells going constantly. Everything was within walking distance but we also had a taxi rank beside us. The apartment had plenty of space to sit 6 of us together.
The water pressure handle in the shower in the main bathroom was broken. Our contact tried to get it fixed but to no avail so one of the couples were without their own shower for the trip which was very inconvenient.

The position right next to the cathedral is fantastic and the view breathtaking - but one should be aware that it is very loud at night (tram, cars, people). The host was very welcoming and the apartment is well maintained and equipped.
The street was louder than we thought (tram, cars, restaurants with tables outside, lots of people in the street until very late) and made it difficult to sleep. apart from this, very nice welcoming by the owner and the apartment has everything one could wish.

Mr.Jose has met us in person to handover the keys and explained the details about apartment, locking, security, visiting places, food joints, sightseeing places, and other attractions. He has been in touch with us almost 3 hours before and very much courteous in communicating and extra ordinary in responding to anything. A thorough and highly professional and the best thing is a friendly person.

Ramon is a very welcoming host. The location is close to all sights and has many restaurants nearby. Apartment has lift, shower is hot and strong for winter.

Angela was a wonderful hostess. Very friendly with great suggestions for things to see and eat. The apartment was modern and clean, with large windows providing the best street views of Seville and the cathedral area. The windows also were very effective at blocking any street noise. Perfect apartment in the perfect location. We'll be back.

The apartment was fresh, very clean, seemed to have all you would need for a short break (we only stayed 1 night), bed was very comfortable, fantastic views of the surrounding area, lots of great tapas bars, restaurants and shops on the door step and minutes’ walk from some great sights, with the Cathedral next door, only 20 or so minutes’ drive from the airport. The lady who met us and checked us was lovely, she held our luggage until our apartment was ready and after we checked out before we needed to head off to the airport, she gave us some great tips on the top places to go and visit whilst we were there, excellent advice and we saw all the places she recommended and we were glad we did.
I wouldn’t say I didn’t like it but just to be reminded you are in the centre of many places of interest and local bars so it’s not a quiet place, so if you are a light sleeper and don’t like noise you may struggle here, for us it was not a problem.

We expected some city noise. We live downtown in a city ourselves but 1 of the nights there were trucks outside all night. First from 00:30 until 2:00 (the entire time, nonstop) then on and off until 4:40. Construction, trash, street cleaning etc.

Everything about this apartment is perfect. This is the best apartment I've stayed in in Europe. The location is fantastic, the host is fantastic, and the value is fantastic.

There is no way to get more central in Sevilla. You could almost touch the cathedral. The host was wonderful. The apartment clean, fresh and had all we needed. The aircon silent and cold. The wifi super quick. Oh and it had little balconies to watch the passing throngs or as in our case a religious procession.

Very nicely decorated and laid out apartment, clean and well equipped. Aircon v efficient. Central. Jose met us, showed us the apartment and gave recommendations and was fantastic. There are floor to ceiling windows with railings in 'superior apartments', but no balconies. However due to street noise, all apartments had windows shut all the time we were there.
Significant constant street noise day and night as the block is on a corner so picks up cars, motorbikes, huge groups of people sitting/singing... on steps on one road; and trams, shops and so many people on the other.
The toilet smell of the stairs/corridors.
The water dripping from the bathroom ceiling (the owner gave us a 15% discount for this)

Location is gorgeous. Our host Jose was amazing and told us everything we needed to know about the city.

You won't be disappointed with this accomodation. The apartment is everything that is described. The apartment location was perfect! Only a 7 minute walk from parking. There is a lift and excellent communication with the owners. We loved opening up the doors and seeing views of the street.
We would stay here again.
